Happy Tuesday!

Sorry for being MIA on the blog. If you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen that I've been on a two week vacation to Paris and Barcelona. It was to celebrate our 3rd year wedding anniversary! It was our first time ever being in Europe and it was amazing. The Hubs and I had so much fun and I'll be having more pictures up on the blog soon! Stay tuned....

In the meantime, I'm trying to play catch up with my new sponsors and product reviews. Before I left, I received a generous box of beauty and skincare products from a company called Alaffia. They're actually based in Washington state which is local to me so I was pretty excited when I was contacted by their PR. The company is all about fair trade and being sustainable. Each product is carefully crafted and handmade and at least 10% of all proceeds will be donated to help families in Togo. It's a win-win situation for everyone!
So I got to try out a couple products:

African Black Soap in Tangerine Citrus
Africa's Secret Multipurpose Skin Cream
Purely Coconut Fair Trade Lip Balm (similar)
Moisturizing Shea Butter Bubble Bath

Each product felt great and smelled good too! I really enjoyed the bubble bath the most and loved that it was non-irritating and moisturized my skin. Also, the African Black Soap is all-in-one use and can be used for shampoo, body wash, facial cleanser, etc.. amazing!! I also really like companies that helps the communities out as well. Makes you feel good while using their products. :)

Disclaimer: Alaffia did send me the complimentary products so I can review.
But all honest opinions and thoughts expressed were my own.

  3. Oh I want to try that bubble bath! Congrats on 3 years!

  4. That sounds like an amazing vacation! Happy 3 year anniversary! Can't wait to see pictures! :)

  5. I saw thick glasses as a visible marker of difference, and of weakness. air jordan australia I didn’t consider that they could be the opposite as well. Many people have the vague idea that Roy Orbison’s life was marked by tragedy, air jordan shoes australia and that was why he hid his eyes behind dark glasses and sang so many songs about crying, feeling afraid, and dreaming of happier times.

Thanks for coming by and checking out my blog! Please leave a comment.
I would love to read them! I will try to respond back as soon as I can. :)
