Book: Parisian Chic - A Style Guide by Ines De La Fressange (Here)
If you live in the Seattle area and haven't heard yet... Uniqlo is coming to town!! The first ever Uniqlo store in the PNW is finally going to be opening up soon at the Bellevue Square mall. Opening day will be November 6th and I couldn't be more excited especially since I'm partnering up with them on a few campaigns to help promote the fact that Uniqlo is coming to Seattle! Yay! :) This is the first outfit that I got to put together featuring pieces from their collaboration with the lovely Ines De La Fressange. I love the polka dotted tunic and layered over leggings with a neutral gauze scarf to make it complete. Her whole collection with Uniqlo is so chic in a Parisian way!
That day was pretty windy and chilly even though the sun was out so this jacket from Aero kept me nice and warm! I love layering up for Fall and Winter. Bring on the cold! ;)
P.S. Ironically been reading Ines' style book since forevers and is still one of my favorite fashion guides!
Today is official the first day of Autumn/Fall! I'm so excited as it's one of my favorite season next to Spring! Don't get me wrong, I love Summer but just the idea of being cozy up in chunky knit sweaters and sipping on pumpkin spice lattes is right up my alley! Plus, it's closer to the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas! Can't get any better than that! This chunky knit cardigan from Aeropostale has been keeping me warm on the chillier days we've been having. And this background with all the Fall leaves couldn't have made the setting more perfect. The wind was going in and out during the time so the leaves were falling everywhere like they were snowflakes. Too bad it was hard to catch on camera but I had fun tossing some in the air. ;)
If you follow my snapchat (@sheislovelyblog), you would've seen I was recently invited to the Fashion First Seattle event. I had a lot of fun mingling with the other bloggers there and was happy to bring along one of my close girl friends to experience it all with me! Altogether the event was able to raise over $100k for the Inspire Youth Project and The Crescent Moon Foundation which was amazing! <3
P.S. These e-polette glasses are still awesome! They're real innovation helps protect the eyes from blue light coming from any technology screens. Something that we need practically everyday!
This past weekend, the Washington State Fair has opened up for the next couple of weeks so the Hubs and I went with my family (along with the cutest niece!) on what was probably the hottest day of the week! But nonetheless, we had lots of fun and ate practically everything in sight! haha.. Can never go without getting a smoked turkey leg (those things are huge!) and a traditional krusty pup. #nomnom

This mixed print dress from Aeropostale is just so boho chic! The perfect way to enter into the Fall/Autumn season. :) The Hubs and I got up super early in the morning and drove over to this semi-secluded beach area with noone around us. It was the day after a big wind storm so branches and leaves were scattered everywhere. As you can see, the wind was still lingering around but I must admit that these shots are one of my favorites! ;)
There's still two days left to enter the Pinkbasis giveaway here!
I recently picked up this drapey olive green trench from Forever 21 and couldn't wait to wear it on a cloudy day. It was still slightly sunny so making my outfit in-between seasons and giving it a more casual twist with my Converse. We found this random mural on the side of a building in the SODO district and of course, bloggers loves taking pics along the train tracks! Am I right? ;)
Polette also sent me a pair from their e-Polette collection. They are different than regular glasses because their lens has a filter that protects the eyes from excessive blue light coming from all the digital screen that surrounds us on a daily basis. On average, we use our computers and watch television for 8 hours a day and even checking our smartphones (prob) up to 150 times a day! With so much technology usage, our eyes and heads can start hurting towards the end of the day. Polette makes it easier for your eyes to adjust with their frames and technology!
If you're interested, please check out the rest of their e-polette collection here!
Fall/Autumn is starting to fill the air and I'm absolutely loving it! Don't get me wrong.. appreciate the sun but this cooler weather is way more suited for me. I'd rather be cold than sweaty hot. >.< This outfit I wore as a transition between the two seasons. I must say that I'm honestly in love with this lace bralette that Victoria's Secret sent me. I wasn't sure how often I would wear it at first but it's SUPER comfy! More so than my other bralettes that I have from Madewell and UO!
Also, I've teamed up with Pinkbasis to bring you an exciting giveaway! One lucky She is Lovely reader gets a chance to win a $50 e-giftcard to shop at their website.
