Happy Friday!
If you follow me on my Instagram, you will know how much I love Molly Moon's ice cream! So last night I had the pleasure to attend the blogger preview event at the brand new Molly Moon's location that's opening up in Redmond! It is the first Molly Moon's that will be located over on the Eastside (her other 6 locations are all in Seattle) so for us being on the other side of the bridge, this is super exciting! :)
At the event, we got to check out the super cute shop itself plus the back-area kitchen and watch them make fresh vanilla bean ice cream and even getting a taste of it! Such a cool experience! We also was encouraged by the friendly workers to try all the flavors of ice cream (anything and everything!). We were pretty much stuffed with so many delicious sweet treats before we even had solid food for dinner. haha.. Can't complain about that! Am I right?
The location's grand-opening is today! And they will be scooping out free cones for kids (12 years old and under) from 3-5pm so if you're in the Eastside area.. stop by and check it out and have a homemade waffle cone full of delicious honey lavender with lemon curd (my fav!).  Also, you may want to know that I've teamed up with Molly Moon's for a super fun giveaway!
