Happy Wednesday!

If you guys don't know by now, I am all for taking the preventative steps of caring for my skin. Growing up I've been told by my mom not to wear too much makeup or do this or that to my face because I'm going to regret it later on in my adult life. While I don't regret wearing makeup (I didn't really start until end of high school!).. I do wish I had started a good skincare routine early in my 20s. I didn't really give it a thought until my late 20s which I guess it's better late than never right? Now that I'm in my 30s, this is the time more than ever to really get something in place and with the help of the SpectraLite Eyecare Pro by Dr. Dennis Gross. This was my first time ever hearing about this device and after looking into it, I found out that it helps with any fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area which is one of the sensitive part of the face.

The SpectraLite Eyecare Pro mainly helps target crow's feet and in between the eyes on top of the nose bridge. While I don't have any crow's feet (*knock on wood*), I do have a tiny fine line going in between my eyes from all those years of making faces and getting stressed. I took their offer on trying out this device just to see how this really worked. After using it for two weeks, I haven't noticed a huge difference but I do notice that that fine line is starting to get barely noticeable! In my eyes that's amazing! For the device, you only have to use it for three minutes a night (it automatcially shuts off after three minutes) which is nothing compared to using the typical sheet or cream masks. And once put on, there are 72 LED lights that help stimulate the area around the eyes to help with the natural production of collagen to treat the signs of aging. After you're done, put on your favorite eye cream or serum and viola! That's all it takes! I was impressed. :)

You can find the SpectraLite Eyecare Pro at your local Sephora or on their website: www.drdennisgross.com .
