Crowd Cow - Flank Steak Fajitas Recipe

Happy Wednesday aka Valentine's Day!
Omg... it's been a LONG while since I've last posted a foodie recipe on here! Well thanks to my partnership with Crowd Cow, I'm bringing you an easy recipe for steak fajitas. I don't know about you but sometimes when it comes to preparing a meal, the easier the better! Crowd Cow had sent me a care package full of delicious black angus beef that came from a cow raised on an independent farm out in Washington (local freshness!). Crowd Cow is all about the top quality and working with farms around the country finding the best beef. They also have chicken and delicious wagyu too! The concept for Crowd Cow is on their website, you can look up on what you want in the different cuts of meat, then you will buy a "share" of the cow or chicken and once the shares are all bought then the meat will then be ready and delivered to you for your cooking pleasure.

As for the steak fajitas recipe:
1-2lb of flank steak c/o Crowd Cow 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced) 1 orange bell pepper (sliced) 1/2 of red onion (thinly sliced)  1 lime (juiced)
For the guacamole:
1 lime (juiced) Handful of cilantro 2-3 avocados  1 jalapeno  Optional - finely chopped red onion
First I season the flank steak with salt, pepper, lime juice, and garlic powder on both sides. Add some olive oil as well and put it into a baking dish. Set the oven for 350 degrees for 20-25 mins for medium rare (time varies on how well you like your steak). As the steak is cooking in the oven, prepare the guacamole with 2-3 medium avocados and put into a bowl, add finely chopped red onion (optional) and 1 whole jalapeno (without the seeds) and add the lime juice and chopped up cilantro. The guac is done! Now onto the sauteing the veggies, I heat up a tablespoon of olive oil and put in the red onions to cook for 3-4 mins then I add both the yellow and orange bell peppers (sliced) to the red onions and cook down for about 10 mins. Set aside.
Take the steak out of the oven and let it rest about 5 mins, then sliced thinly. Add your favorite salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and flour tortillas. You got yourself a steak fajitas night! ;)
